Muhith calls Hasina world’s best leader

Finance minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith on Friday dubbed his leader prime minister Sheikh Hasina as the best leader of the world and said, "Bangladesh enjoys economic development when she [Hasina] remains in power.

" Also a ruling Bangladesh Awami League leader, Muhith praised his party president after inaugurating Tamabil Land Port in Sylhet, reports UNB. He said both India and Bangladesh would be benefited with the opening of Tamabil Land Port along Gowainghat border area in the district. "Tamabil Land Port will reduce poverty and create employment opportunities,"

said Muhith. Speaking on the occasion, shipping minister Shajahan Khan said two more land ports would be inaugurated while the construction work of 10 container ports is in the offing. Lawmaker of Sylhet-4 constituency Imran Ahmad was, among others, present at the inaugural ceremony.
